StumbleTwo teens face trial in death

Ruben Robles and Kody Iverson pleaded innocent on Tuesday to the March 29 shooting death of Iverson's father, Gordon Kirk.
Robles is charged with open murder with the use of a deadly weapon and Iverson faces a charge of principal to murder with a deadly weapon.
Both are 16, but will be tried as adults.
District Judge Jack Ames set Iverson's trial for Feb. 1-11 and Robles' for Feb. 15-25.
Kirk died after being shot three times, once in the back of the head, with a 9 mm handgun at his home following an argument with his son over truancy and hair length.
