Desert Dreams Inc. wants to bring a film production and distribution facility to Henderson.
The Henderson Redevelopment Agency Tuesday agreed to take six months to talk to company representatives about selling 3 acres at Victory Road and Water Street for the project.
The facility would be only a part of the overall project, company spokesman Mark Anderson said.
A motel and a performing arts center have expressed interest in the plans as well, Anderson said.
The first phase would also include a retail center, an amphitheater and an indoor theatrical facility.
A nonprofit school would be in the second or third phase, Anderson said.
