Two firms merged in a deal that will make them one of Las Vegas's largest exhibit, trade show and convention services companies.
After the merger, Creative Management Services of St. Louis; and Lincoln Studios, which has operations in New York, Atlanta, Chicago and Las Vegas; will become operating divisions of the merged company, MC2.
The new company will be based in St. Louis and will be led by Creative founder Steve Dix. MC2 plans to consolidate both Las Vegas operations over the next 90 days, and will likely bring those into Lincoln's 250,000-square-foot facility here.
MC2 also plans to have offices in Atlanta, Orlando and Chicago, and the company is expected to generate about $100 million in annual revenue.
Lincoln Studios has 100 employees in Las Vegas, while Creative is a five-person outfit locally.
