Man sentenced in ATM theft

Tad Maserang, 34, pleaded guilty in April to one count of bank larceny for stealing a front loader so his two accomplices could use it to rip an ATM from the wall of a Network Federal Credit Union branch in Las Vegas.
He appeared before U.S. District Judge Howard McKibben on Monday for sentencing.
