Denver company buys LV Internet provider

Denver-based SkyLynx Communications Inc. has acquired Network Training and Consulting Inc., which does business as ISAT Network in Las Vegas.
Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
The company will retain the ISAT name and in the future may expand from the current seven employees. ISAT is an Internet service provider for about 3,100 customers.
SkyLynx's growth strategy is to acquire Internet service providers in several communities and combine financial, office and managerial resources.
