Wynn partners on condo project

Mirage Resorts Inc. Chairman Steve Wynn has become a design and development partner on the Park Towers at Hughes Center luxury condominium project.
A spokeswoman for the $100 million high-rise project said Wynn will serve as a consultant on the project and is an investor. The amount of his investment was not disclosed.
Wynn also is acquiring a penthouse suite in the development, but is not expected to use it as his primary residence.
The 20-story, 84-suite twin towers are being developed by longtime Las Vegas developer Irwin Molasky.
"Steve brings to us the same imagination and exquisite devotion to detail that he has imbued to the Bellagio, Mirage and all of his other beautiful resorts," Molasky said in a statement.
The two- to four-bedroom condominiums are planned to be completed by the end of 2000.
The price on the condominium units ranges from $720,000 to $4 million.
