Recent Las Vegas appointments, promotions and honors:
The Howard Hughes Corp. promoted four executives to the position of senior vice president: Rita Brandin, retail development; J. Patrick Done, properties; Frank Beck, commercial development; and John Potts, Summerlin development.
Michael Holloway is senior vice president and Alan Dill is Nevada survey manager for Poggemeyer Design Group.
Stephen Byrne is president of Del Mar Mortgage.
Kaci Feldman is account manager for the Las Vegas/Summerlin Courtyard by Marriott.
Scott Carter is construction-term mortgage loan officer at First Security Bank's Green Valley Business Financial Center.
New senior vice presidents for Bank of America in Southern Nevada are Jerry Allen, commercial banking market manager; and Chris Kelly, premier banking market manager.
Kathleen Lucero is assistant vice president and real estate loan officer at Pioneer Citizens Bank.
Graphic designer Sean Mahoney opened Mahoney Design.
Dan Gawlik is art director at Hands Ink Advertising.
Susan Smith is an escrow coordinator at Perennial Homes.
Don Hardenstein is vice president of sales administration for GES Exposition Services.
