The Broadway musical CATS will be presented Sept. 7-12 at the MGM Grand hotel-casino on the Las Vegas Strip.

Cavanaughs Entertainment of Spokane, Wash., and its TicketsWest.com subsidiary said CATS also will appear in Edmonton and Calgary, Alberta.

"It is exciting to introduce TicketsWest.com to these new markets with a first class entertainment product," Jack Lucas, a Cavanaughs official, said. "Obviously Las Vegas is one of the biggest entertainment cities in the world with over 30 million visitors each year."

Cavanaughs, a lodging company with no Las Vegas Cavanaughs properties, said it will partner with MGM Grand to offer tickets and hotel entertainment packages.
