Summer camp can benefit underprivileged children

Life isn't easy for Christina. She has no family and lives in a foster home. Because she is developmentally challenged she doesn't make friends very easily.
Her foster parents think Christina would benefit greatly from a week at summer camp, where she can meet children from all different backgrounds.
However, they don't have the extra funds needed to send her.
By sending donations to the Las Vegas Sun summer camp fund children throughout the valley with a life story similar to Christina would have an opportunity to leave their worries behind and spend a week at camp.
Some recent donors:
C.S. VanGundy; Marilyn McKinney; Shirley Emerson; Sylvia Berger "In memory of Harry Berger & son Larry Berger"; Sandra Smith; Daryl Shoemaker; Mrs. Menno M. Kennel; David Boggs; Alice Brown; Sandy Garcia; Boulder City BPO DOES; Richard Boyce; Mary Brichetto and Betty Hartman.
