John Kenyon Batchelor, 19, was booked into the Washoe County Jail on Thursday on suspicion of 20 counts of sexual assault, 15 counts of lewdness with a minor and four counts of child neglect/endangerment. Bail was set at $285,000.
Detective Jim Stegmaier said Batchelor told police he was giving three young boys a "lesson" when he performed sexual acts with them.
Susan Marie Duncan, a former girlfriend, confessed to knowing Batchelor was molesting children and to participating in an act with a 10-year-old, Stegmaier said.
Duncan, 19, was arrested on lewdness and child endangerment charges.
