A discussion of the void left by the resignation of Chancellor Richard Jarvis, administrator of Nevada's higher education system, will include plans to fill the vacancy. Host Mark Shaffer talks to several University and Community College regents about the situation and elicits Gov. Kenny Guinn's thoughts on the matter.
