Who has the toughest nonleague basketball schedule in the Mountain West Conference for the upcoming 1999-2000 season? Using the average of each team's opponents' Ratings Percentage Index (RPI) which includes strength of schedule ranking and rating, you can gauge the quality of the competition. Not included in the average figures are games against Division II schools or Division I teams which were Division II last year. The numbers used are last year's final RPI figures.
