On Stage Entertainment Inc. of Las Vegas announced the resignation of David Hope, its president, chief operating officer and a director.
The company said Hope resigned to pursue other interests but said he will provide consulting services on strategic alternatives for On Stage, which produces and markets theatrical productions and operates live theaters and dinner theaters worldwide.
In Las Vegas, On Stage owns the Legends in Concert show at the Imperial Palace hotel-casino.
On Stage is accused by two bank lenders of being in default on loans. And the firm last week said it had not completed a previously announced private placement of stock in order to raise $1.5 million in cash; and that it was searching for alternative sources of financing.
