More rain expected

The forecast for the weekend calls for the possibility of more rain through Monday, according to the National Weather Service at McCarran International Airport:
Today: A flash flood watch is in effect until 9 p.m. There is a 40 percent chance of showers and thunderstorms. Locally heavy rain is possible. Highs: 90-95, winds out of the southwest at 5-15 mph, gusting and variable near the storms.
Tonight: Variable cloudiness with a 40 percent chance of showers and thunderstorms. Locally heavy rain is possible. Lows: 75-80. Light winds, gusting and variable near the storms.
Saturday: Partly cloudy with a 30 percent chance of showers and thunderstorms. Highs: 97-102.
Sunday -- Chance of afternoon and evening thunderstorms. Highs: 97-102.
Monday: Chance of afternoon and evening thunderstorms. Highs: 97-102.
