Harold Raymond Bagg Jr.

Harold Raymond Bagg Jr., 51, of Las Vegas died Wednesday in a local care center. He was born Sept. 17, 1947, in California. A resident for 30 years, he was a controller for Nevada Power Co. and a Navy veteran.

He is survived by his father, Harold R. Bagg, and his mother and stepfather, June and Ron Pearce, both of California; three daughters, Kimberly Bagg, Tina Bagg and Christine Yancy, all of Las Vegas; and one granddaughter.

Graveside services will be 12:30 p.m. Thursday in Woodlawn Cemetery. Hites Funeral Services, 438 W. Sunset Road, Henderson, is handling arrangements.

Janet Irene Bland

Janet Irene Bland, 72, of Henderson died Monday in a local hospice. She was born Feb. 28, 1927, in San Antonio. A resident for 16 years, she was a member of the Women's Disabled American Veterans.

She is survived by her husband, Randall H.; one daughter, Bonnie Hall of Brooksville, Fla.; one brother, Bill Dromer of Albuquerque, N.M.; and one grandchild.

A memorial service will be 4 p.m. Saturday in Palm Mortuary, 800 S. Boulder Highway, Henderson.

The family suggests donations to the Disabled American Veterans, P.O. Box 3538, North Las Vegas, NV 89036-3538.

Sandra Kay Flint

Sandra Kay Flint, 45, of Las Vegas died Monday in a local hospital. She was born Nov. 24, 1953, in Kearns, Utah. A resident for many years, she was a keno runner.

She is survived by her companion, Bruce Benton, one son, David Beck, and one daughter, Jennifer Jo Flint, all of Las Vegas; her father and stepmother, Kenneth and Deon Lamb of Utah; two sisters, Sharon Ogden of Kansas and Laree Rivero of Las Vegas; and one brother, Raymond Lamb of California.

Mass will be celebrated 10 a.m. Saturday in St. Francis De Sales Catholic Church, 1111 Michael Way. Valley Memorial Crematory, 745 W. Sunset Road, No. 16, Henderson, is handling arrangements.

Rose Gisi

Rose Gisi, 89, of Las Vegas died Thursday in a local convalescent hospital. She was born April 24, 1910, in New York City. A resident for 45 years, she was a retired telephone operator.

She is survived by two daughters, Catherine Slates of Las Vegas and Cecelia Viscioni of La Mirada, Calif.; two sons, Albert Gisi and Arthur Gisi, both of Las Vegas; nine grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.

Visitation will be one hour prior to 11 a.m. services Tuesday in Palm Mortuary, 1325 N. Main St. Burial will follow in Palm Memorial Park.

The family suggests donations to the Alzheimer's Disease Association, 3441 W. Sahara Ave., Suite A-8, Las Vegas, NV 89101.

Bella Lera

Bella Lera, 98, of Las Vegas died Wednesday in Las Vegas. She was born Nov. 20, 1900, in Galveston, Texas. A resident for 40 years, she was a retired manager of an apartment complex.

She is survived by one son, Ben Lera Jr. of Las Vegas; one sister, Joan Corn of Houston; 10 grandchildren, 16 great-grandchildren and 10 great-great-grandchildren.

Visitation will continue until 7 p.m. today with a 5 p.m. rosary in Palm Mortuary, 1325 N. Main St. Services will be 9 a.m. Saturday in Palm Chapel, Main. Burial will follow in Palm Memorial Park.

Maxine Masek

Maxine Masek, 68, of Las Vegas died Wednesday in a local hospital. She was born Jan. 5, 1931, in Upland, Calif. A resident 36 years, she was a retired Clark County School District employee and a member of Best Friends Animal Sanctuary.

She is survived by one son, Marshall Richard Masek, and her mother, Nives Blessent, both of Las Vegas; and one sister, Genevieve Lucas of San Marino, Calif.

Visitation will be one hour prior to 1 p.m. services Tuesday in Palm Mortuary, 1600 S. Jones Blvd. Graveside services will be 2:30 p.m. Tuesday in Memory Gardens.

Mildred L. Nunnery

Mildred L. Nunnery, 72, of Henderson died Wednesday in Henderson. She was born May 3, 1927, in San Diego. A resident for 10 years, she was a homemaker.

She is survived by her husband, William E.; one daughter, Cynthia Frese of Ellicott City, Md.; and four grandchildren.

Palm Mortuary, 7600 S. Eastern Ave., is handling arrangements.

Robert V. Oelrich

Robert V. Oelrich, 74, of Las Vegas died Wednesday in Las Vegas. He was born Sept. 9, 1924, in Yankton, S.D. A resident for 47 years, he was a retired insulation company expert.

He is survived by his wife, Beryl; two sons, Glen Oelrich of Las Vegas and Curtis Oelrich of Henderson; one daughter, Pamela Oelrich of Las Vegas; one brother, Donald Oelrich, and one sister, Evelyn Griffin, both of Apple Valley, Calif.; seven grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.

Visitation will be 9 a.m. until 11 a.m. services Saturday in Palm Mortuary, 7600 S. Eastern Ave.

Robert Clay Rose

Robert Clay Rose, 76, of Las Vegas died Sunday in Las Vegas. He was born July 8, 1922, in Parker, Pa. A resident for 18 years, he was an insurance salesman and an Army veteran.

He is survived by two sons, Robert Harry Rose and William Francis Rose; two daughters, Kathleen Cooke and Deborah Francis Rose; seven grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.

Graveside services will be 12:30 p.m. Thursday in Woodlawn Cemetery. Hites Funeral Services, 438 W. Sunset Road, Henderson, is handling arrangements.

Annyce G. Van Slyke

Annyce G. Van Slyke, 100, of Henderson died June 3 in Las Vegas. She was born Dec. 25, 1898, in Barnum, Minn. A resident for 39 years, she was a retired teacher at Las Vegas Beauty School and grand matron and past matron at the Eastern Star in Des Moines, Iowa.

She is survived by one brother, John Beckler of Anaheim, Calif.; one nephew, G.W. Kerns of Henderson; and two nieces, K.K. Bjornson of Henderson and Helen Lair of Pahua, Hawaii.
