Brief: Titanium supplier sues Henderson firm

Interlink made the charge in a suit filed in Nevada District Court. According to the suit, Timet failed to buy $800,000 worth of titanium sponge from Interlink as required by an agreement between the companies.
Interlink wants the money, costs and fees.
Timet, a Denver company with a plant in Henderson, did not return a call for comment.
