Brief: Las Vegas prices rise

Rising prices were noted for transportation, in part because of higher prices in Las Vegas for auto insurance premiums. Also increasing were prices for entertainment and recreation, electricity, natural gas, groceries and for eating out at restaurants.
The bank, however, reported lower prices in Las Vegas for housing, clothing, education, communications and medical care.
