Brief: LV firm sued over undelivered slots

In a lawsuit filed in Nevada state district court, the Shoalwater Bay tribe alleges that Worldwide Capital Services Inc. took the tribe's $93,000 and didn't supply the machines. The suit also names as a defendant Bill Knapp, aka Tony Knapp, owner of Worldwide Capital.
Neither Worldwide Capital nor Knapp could be reached for comment.
