StumbleWitnesses stop man involved in hit-and-run accident

Reno Police Sgt. Jon Catalano said motorists saw a vehicle with a flat tire and a smashed windshield strike a bicyclist Sunday afternoon on Seventh Street.
The witnesses followed the vehicle to McCarran Boulevard and pulled the driver out when the car crashed into a retaining wall, Catalano said.
Gregory Allen Hall, 35, of Moreno Valley, was arrested for felony hit and run, driving under the influence, possession of a stolen vehicle and carrying a concealed weapon, police said.
The 66-year-old bicyclist was treated at Washoe Medical Center and released.
