The Clark County Commission agreed Monday to enter a lease agreement with 24 Hour Fitness, allowing the California-based company to open a 12,000-square-foot facility in McCarran International Airport.
The fitness center, which would cater to airport employees and travelers, will include cardiovascular equipment, free weights, aerobics classes and possibly a spa and massage center.
D gates will get variety of food choices
The La Salsa Mexican food concession in Terminal D at McCarran International Airport has been closed and a new multifood concession has been approved by the County Commission.
Jerry Whitsett will lease the 800-square foot space from master concessionaire Host Marriott, and he has expressed interest in opening a TCBY yogurt bar, a Mrs. Fields cookie stand and possibly a Vienna hot dog stand.
