TEST SITE: AJR8, expresses support for development of Spaceport Nevada and other commercial activities at Nevada Test Site and commends the Nevada congressional delegation for its continued support of the Nevada Test Site.

NEVADA CHECK-UP: SB228, Washington. Requires inclusion of children's health insurance program within administration of Medicaid. To Human Resources.
PRISONS: SB229, Government Affairs. Gives peace officer status to prison guards and other prison employees. To Government Affairs.
