Bones identified as those of missing woman

A landscaper doing work in the yard of the complex last week dug up a human skull. Police found numerous other bones in the area.
The coroner's office determined the bones belonged to 40-year-old Helen Virginia Jackson, also known as Helen Cooper. She disappeared from the complex in 1997.
