Letter: Starr should quit for the good of the country

Kenneth Starr maintains Clinton's testimony is "implausible" and is therefore grounds for impeachment and removal from office.
The United States Senate and three-fourths of the nation do not agree -- Clinton has been acquitted.
Starr should do the honorable thing; he should resign immediately, for the "good of the country."
