StumbleLetter: Michigan teacher wants a chance

The requirements to be met by potential teachers are quite strict. However, regardless of the requirements, I want to teach in Las Vegas. I am currently certified to teach secondary English in Michigan, and I have been a teacher in Michigan schools for five years.
Why, if Clark County needs teachers, can't I even get an interview?
