According to the suit, Laura Clayton Lychock and Elizabeth Gorham are both former Consolidated employees who left the company last year. Both now work for Clayton, and both have used confidential information from their Consolidated tenure in their new jobs, alleges the suit.
For instance, the suit alleges Lychock and Gorham enticed 13 Consolidated investor clients to fund a $670 million loan for Marathon Development Inc. through Clayton.
Consolidated wants unspecified damages, fees and costs.
Clayton Mortgage's Bob Clayton declined comment.
