Saxton bought Phoenix-based Diamond Key last year. Homebanc is a mortgage broker that provides loans to Diamond Key homebuyers through third party lenders.
Separately, Saxton said it won a $2 million contract to build a warehouse and production building in Salt Lake City for Franklin Covey Co.
"This commercial contract is Saxton's first design-build project outside of Nevada and is a major step in establishing the company's commercial development expertise and in introducing Saxton's real estate capabilities in the rapidly growing Utah market," said Chairman and Chief Executive Jim Saxton.
