Federico Bautista, 88, of Henderson died Saturday in a local hospital. He was born Nov. 25, 1910, in the Philippines. A resident for three years, he was a retired Navy officer and a World War II veteran.
He is survived by four grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
No local services are scheduled. Palm Mortuary, 7600 S. Eastern Ave., is handling arrangements.
Anna Hatina
Anna Hatina, 87, of Henderson died Tuesday in a local convalescent center. She was born May 29, 1911, in Cleveland. A resident for five years, she was a retired bakery owner.
She is survived by one son, Jimmy Horejsi of Las Vegas.
Mass will be celebrated 7 p.m. today in the chapel of St. Thomas More Catholic Church, 130 N. Pecos Road, Henderson.
The family suggests contributions to the donor's favorite charity.
Ruth Marie Krueger
Ruth Marie Krueger, 88, of Las Vegas died Saturday in a local hospital. She was born Sept. 5, 1910, in Wisconsin. A resident for many years, she was a homemaker.
She is survived by one daughter, Karen Fields of Las Vegas.
No local services are scheduled. Hites Funeral Services, 438 W. Sunset Road, Henderson, is handling arrangements.
Mildred 'Mick' Martin
Mildred 'Mick' Martin, 88, of Las Vegas died Saturday in a local hospital. She was born July 28, 1910, in Effingham, Ill. A resident for 2 1/2 years, she was a retired nurse.
She is survived by three sons, Frank Enriquez of Sacramento, Edward Enriquez of Manassas, Va., and George Martin of Peoria, Ill.; one daughter, Patricia Knowles of Las Vegas; one brother, William Dowds of East Peoria; four sisters, Virginia Yenny of St. Louis, Helen Seats of Mackinaw, Ill., June Walker of Cleveland and Audie Pace of Las Vegas; 16 grandchildren, seven great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild.
Visitation is scheduled 3-6 p.m. Tuesday in Palm Mortuary, 1600 S. Jones Blvd. Graveside services will be in Illinois.
Lawrence N. McIver II
Lawrence N. McIver II, 32, of Las Vegas died Thursday in Clark County. A resident for 21 years, he was born Dec. 22, 1966, in Pittsburgh.
He is survived by his wife, Rhonda Carter-McIver; seven children, Lawrence McIver III, Jovan McIver, Maurice McIver, Savigon McIver, Iman McIver, Jasmin Carter McIver and Shalon Carter McIver, his mother, Beverly Baker, and two brothers, Cookie McIver and Tyson L. McIver, all of Las Vegas; and his grandmother, Louise McIver of Pittsburgh.
Visitation will continue until 8 p.m. today and 9 a.m.-8 p.m. Tuesday in American Burial and Cremation Services, 310 Foremaster Lane. Services will be 3 p.m. Tuesday in Greater New Jerusalem Baptist Church, 1100 N. D St. A private burial will follow.
Robert Meeboer
Robert Meeboer, 68, of Las Vegas died Saturday in a local hospital. He was born Aug. 24, 1930, in Laramie, Wyo. A resident for 10 years, he was a retired pharmacy owner-operator.
He is survived by his wife, Jan; three daughters, Mary Beth Cowie of Longmont, Colo., Janie Nirider of Riverton, Wyo., and Molly Hawks of Jackson, Wyo.; three sons, Tom Meeboer of Gerringong, Australia, Mike Meeboer of Torrington, Wyo., and Larry Meeboer of Casper, Wyo.; one brother, Bill Meeboer of Brownsburg, Ind.; and 10 grandchildren.
Visitation is scheduled 5:30-8 p.m. today with a 6:30 p.m. rosary in Palm Mortuary, 7600 S. Eastern Ave. Mass will be celebrated 2 p.m. Tuesday in St. Thomas More Catholic Church, 130 N. Pecos Road, Henderson.
The family suggests donations to St. Rose Dominican Hospital, 102 E. Lake Mead Drive, Henderson, NV 89015.
Sara Lee Orlan
Sara Lee Orlan, 55, of Las Vegas died Saturday in a local hospital. She was born July 11, 1943, in New Jersey. A resident for many years, she was a nursery school teacher.
She is survived by her husband, Leonard.

Wilma Jean Padgett
Wilma Jean Padgett, 71, of Las Vegas died Saturday in a local hospital. She was born Feb. 24, 1927, in Conway, Ark. A resident for 38 years, she was a retired restaurant cashier.
She is survived by one sister, Marie Ascolillo, one niece, and two great-nephews, all of Las Vegas.
A memorial service was scheduled at 1 p.m. today in Palm Mortuary, 7400 W. Cheyenne Ave.
Alice Wheeler Simons
Alice Wheeler Simons, 90, of Las Vegas died Saturday in Las Vegas. She was born May 9, 1908, in Laurel, Mont. A resident for 41 years, she was a retired real estate broker.
She is survived by two daughters, Kathleen Norman and Phyllis Kerwin, both of Las Vegas; one sister, Rosetta Willardson of Pleasant Hills, Calif.; five grandchildren, 10 great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild.
Visitation is scheduled noon-7 p.m. Wednesday in Bunkers Mortuary, 925 Las Vegas Blvd. North. Services will be 10 a.m. Thursday in Bunkers Chapel. Burial will follow in Woodlawn Cemetery.
Robert 'Steve' Stephens
Robert 'Steve' Stephens, 69, of Las Vegas died Saturday in a local hospital. He was born Dec. 31, 1929, in Oxford, Miss. A resident for 25 years, he was a retired baker.
He is survived by three sons, Jerry Stephens of Poway, Calif., and Robert Stephens and Richard Stephens, both of Las Vegas; one daughter, Rita Cullen of Pahrump; three sisters, Margaret Fowler, Ola Corine Meadows and Diane Scruggs-Shubert, all of Las Vegas; 14 grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.
Visitation is scheduled 10 a.m.-7 p.m. Tuesday in Palm Mortuary, 7400 W. Cheyenne Ave. Services will be 2 p.m. Wednesday in Palm Chapel, Cheyenne. Graveside services will follow at 3 p.m. Wednesday in Palm Memorial Park, Northwest.
Lueen Jensen Taylor
Lueen Jensen Taylor, 92, of Las Vegas died Sunday in Las Vegas. She was born March 27, 1906, in Salt Lake City. A resident for 54 years, she founded King's Florist.
She is survived by two sons, Kent W. King and Scott J. King, both of Las Vegas; two daughters, Kathy K. Bramwell of Mission Viejo, Calif., and Gaye L. Close of Las Vegas; two sisters, Joy Robinson and Carol Stephenson, both of Salt Lake City; 15 grandchildren and 34 great-grandchildren.
Visitation is scheduled one half hour prior to 11 a.m. services Wednesday in Davis Paradise Valley Funeral Home, 6200 S. Eastern Ave. Burial will be in Salt Lake City.
William Tiefs
William Tiefs, 82, of Las Vegas died Thursday in a local hospital. He was born Aug. 6, 1916, in Rice Lake, Wis. A resident for 27 years, he was a retired appliance material controller, a World War II Army veteran and a member of the Veterans of Foreign Wars.
He is survived by his wife, Helen; and one brother, Harry Tiefs of Minneapolis.
Visitation is scheduled one hour prior to 11 a.m. services Tuesday in Palm Mortuary, 7600 S. Eastern Ave.
Dorothy N. Wheeler
Dorothy N. Wheeler, 87, of Las Vegas died Sunday in a local hospital. She was born March 24, 1911, in Cleveland. A resident for 47 years, she was a retired Clark County School District teacher/librarian, a member of the American War Mothers, Kappa Delta Pi Sorority and Kappa Phi.
She is survived by two sons, Rudolph of Las Vegas and William of San Clemente, Calif.; one stepson, Neil of San Diego; and three grandchildren.
A memorial service will be 11 a.m. Wednesday in Palm Mortuary, 1325 N. Main St.
The family suggests donations to First Good Shepherd Lutheran Church, 301 S. Maryland Parkway, Las Vegas, NV 89101.
George Washington Wilson
George Washington Wilson, 80, of North Las Vegas died Thursday in North Las Vegas. He was born Dec. 24, 1918, in Fitzpatrick, Ala. A resident for four years, he was a retired welder, a World War II Army veteran, a member of Prince Hall Masonic Lodge, a 33rd Degree Mason and a founding member of the First CME Church.
He is survived by his wife, Dessie Warren Wilson; three brothers, Joecephes Wilson of Miami, John Wilson of Detroit and the Rev. Alexander Wilson of Birmingham, Ala.; two sisters, Lillie Mae Pettway of Detroit and Hester Todd of Somerset, N.J.; and many nieces, nephews, other family members and friends.
Visitation is scheduled 10 a.m.-2 p.m. Wednesday in Palm Mortuary, 7400 W. Cheyenne Ave. Services will be 5 p.m. Wednesday in Palm Chapel, Cheyenne.
The family suggests donations to the First CME Church, 2727 Civic Center Drive, Las Vegas.
