Brothers fight for control of firm
Monday, Feb. 15, 1999 | 9:27 a.m.
The suit says the Bonar brothers formed Nevada Mack, a truck sales and service company at 4466 E. Carey Ave., in February 1998. Each Bonar owned half of the company. Louis was secretary-treasurer and Robert was president.
But recently, the suit alleges, Robert "began a course of conduct to freeze out and unlawfully oust Plaintiff (Louis) from Nevada Mack, and began to operate Nevada Mack as his personal business in violation of Nevada Mack's and Plaintiff's rights."
Louis Bonar wants a receiver appointed to operate Nevada Mack on a temporary basis, wants his brother removed from operation and management of the company, wants a declaration that Robert is not the sole owner, and wants costs and fees.
Robert Bonar could not be reached for comment.
