Terms of the acquisition were not disclosed. The company announced last year that it planned to buy back the golf amenities after it sold an 80 percent interest.
The theme park company bought 42 acres and all the assets of All-American Golf LLC, which includes the Callaway Golf Center, the Divine Nine golf course, a 110-station driving range, the Saint Andrews Golf Shop, the Bistro 10 Restaurant and the David Leadbetter Golf Academy. The golf course is a lighted nine-hole par 3 course.
All-American SportPark sold its 80 percent ownership of the golf amenities to a subsidiary of Callaway in May. All American SportPark, which now owns the entire theme park and its baseball, car-racing and arena amenities, is 67 percent owned by Las Vegas Discount Golf & Tennis Inc.
