Western Heritage Insurance Co. filed for a declaratory relief action in Clark County District Court involving its coverage for Crazy Horse Saloon Inc.
Western Heritage said it has no duty to defend Crazy Horse in an incident on June 22 in which a customer broke his wrist in a confrontation with a bouncer. The attorney for the insurance company said the policy has an assault and battery exclusion clause.
Crazy Horse officials could not be reached for comment.
