ST. LOUIS -- The Silver Bandits started off a seven-game, 14-day road trip Tuesday night by overcoming a 20-point deficit and defeating the St. Louis Swarm 92-84 in front of 5,059 at St. Charles Family Arena.
The Swarm (8-4) suffered its first home loss in six games. St. Louis guard Erwin Clagget was the high scorer with 22 points.
J.R. Henderson led way for the Silver Bandits with 14 points and 13 rebounds while Rocky Walls poured in 15 points and pulled down 10 rebounds. Three other Bandits were in double figures: Isaac Burton had 14, Marcus Liberty had 13 and Harold Ellis added 10 points off the bench.
"This game shows to the rest of the league that we do have the talent and tonight we put it all together," said Silver Bandits coach Rolland Todd.
The Silver Bandits' scheduled April 15 home game against the San Diego Stingrays has been moved to Feb. 4 at 7 p.m. The switch was due to a scheduling conflict at the Thomas & Mack Center.
