Heartland Homeowners Association sued LBM Development Co. Inc., Heartland Homes Ltd. Partnership and Heartland Homes Inc., alleging defects in the common areas of the 89-unit Heartland development at Pecos Road and Blue Grass Lane in Henderson.
Kevin Helm, LBM's counsel, declined comment.
