Fashion Outlet of Las Vegas Associates sued Frozen Fusion Franchise LLC, alleging it breached its shopping center lease agreement when it closed its operations before its contract expired.
In a Clark County District Court suit, Fashion Outlet said Frozen Fusion, which agreed on June 26, 1998, to rent space for 10 years at the 400,000-square-foot mall, allegedly ceased its operations two weeks ago.
The mall is on I-15 at Primm, some 40 miles south of Las Vegas.
Frozen Fusion officials could not be reached for comment.
