Maxaplenty - Returns to races with solid works, 4th at Oak Tree in last, debut 4th at Del Mar before that, draws rail post now, Solis takes over on Hendricks trainee. Value Play -- Subtle Trick
2nd Race -- Maura's Diamond - Close 3rd while in tight and bumped at the rail in last, second in prior pair of outings, reunites with Valdivia here, been knocking on the door. Wine With Pride - Claimed while 3 wide no rally 4th at Oak Tree in last, returns to races with steady worktab, fits this spot well, Pincay takes over for new trainer Spawr for this. Value Play -- Dozey Doats
3rd Race -- Devonairo - Speed, dueled lead and outkicked when debut 3rd at Del Mar in last, sharp works for return to races that includes bullet Hollypark drill on the 7th, Delahoussaye takes over on returning Gallagher trainee. Sustained - 1st-time starter by Affirmed, sharp steady Hollypark worktab going back to September, nice recent gate drill on the 12th, draws good inner post, Nakatani for brother-in-law trainer Dollace. Value Play -- The Deed Is Done
4th Race -- Hide The Silver - Sharp gate-to-wire winner as the favorite in last, all 3 lifetime wins from 3 Hollypark starts, 1-for-1 at this distance, P. Val. returns on Mitchell trainee, ready for repeat. Success in Excess - Closed for 2nd from outside post sprinting on Hollypark lawn in last, won sprinting at Anita three races back, Flores returns on Baffert trainee, better suited here. Value Play -- Uptown Squeeze
5th Race -- Flannigan - Four wide and closed to late when 3rd in last, 3rd in prior pair of outings, Solis stays on Cerin trainee, gets extra distance for running style, should be up in time here. Biker Dude - Bombed as the favorite when 7th in last, close 2nd in needed outing before that, draws good rail post and gets Blanc now, recent bullet drill since raced, has bounced back from dull effort with a win before. Value Play -- Halo Romeo
6th Race -- Strike Back - Fourth at a mile in the mud at Golden Gate in last, 4 wide 4th sprinting at Oak Tree before that, awarded maiden victory through disqualification when debut second three races back, Pincay returns, good spot for action. Don'tiwish - Bumped and stumbled at the start while 3rd first time in claimer in last, outrun when overmatched in prior outings, returns at competitive level here, Nakatani stays on Stute trainee. Value Play -- Flom's Chief
7th Race -- Macward - Outrun in Bay Meadows turf stakes in last, set pace and held 2nd in prior pair of outings on Anita lawn, broke maiden at this distance on Del Mar lawn, reunites with winning rider Desormeaux now. His Legacy Too - Distant 3rd in Cal-Cup marathon Starter Handicap at Oak Tree in last, in the quinella in all 3 starts on Hollypark lawn with a victory, steady works for return, Pincay takes over. 8th Race -- Fun Party - Third in both lifetime starts this summer over this track as short-priced entry, returns to races with steady works, drops to claimer for comeback, Flores re-rides West trainee. Snowdoubtaboutit - Stalked, made bid, led and weakened late to 4th in last, in the money 8 of 14 lifetime starts with 5 second-place efforts, needed last outing, P.
