An affiliate of Texaco has sued a Texaco gas station operator in an attempt to evict him.
The Clark County District Court suit by Equilon Enterprises Inc. named Roger Pascall as defendant. Pascall is the lease-holder and operator of Pascall's Texaco at 2475 S. Rancho Drive.
The suit said Pascall signed a lease for the station in June 1999. The lease called for a monthly payment of $11,558 a month, plus a minimum gas purchase of 210,500 gallons per quarter.
Equilon claims that Pascall is delinquent on $64,375 in rent and gasoline purchases, and has failed to comply with a number of conditions of the contract, including maintenance standards, minimum purchases and 24-hour operations.
Pascall could not be reached for comment.
