Meanwhile, investigators on Monday said Lance Dee Wardleigh's blood alcohol level was nearly twice the legal limit when he died following a fistfight with a co-worker at a company Christmas party Friday night in Gardnerville.
The name of the co-worker has not been released. Authorities said he has cooperated in the investigation.
Douglas County Sheriff's Sgt. Lance Modispacher said witnesses reported that Wardleigh, 43, was intoxicated, obnoxious and tried to pick fights with at least three other people before the fatal altercation at Bing Material Co.
The employee party was held at the company's cement plant.
