Anchor executive sells 12,500 more shares of stock

Anchor Gaming Inc. Secretary Thomas Matthews has sold another 12,500 shares of Anchor stock for $691,250, according to a new filing with the Securities & Exchange Commission.

This marks the fourth sale so far this year for Matthews, who also holds the posts of executive vice president and treasurer of the Las Vegas-based casino-game designer

Earlier, Matthews sold blocks of 4,650, 2,500 and 30,000 shares. He and other Anchor executives have sold more than 276,000 shares in at least 24 transactions this year, most of them relating to the exercise of options. The company has about 12 million shares outstanding.
