Lemas' resignation will be effective Jan. 6. Her financial duties will be assumed by Ron Rowan, vice president of finance. The company said it has no plans to replace her at the present time.
In a statement, Casino Data said Lemas was resigning "in order to pursue other career opportunities." Lemas could not be reached for comment.
In midday trading today, Casino Data was trading at $3.31, down 13 cents.
