Rodeo bingo back at NFR for 6th straight year

Thursday, Dec. 2, 1999 | 4:03 a.m.

Original Coors Rodeo Bingo, the popular prize game, returns to the National Finals Rodeo for the sixth straight year. The game will be held during each of the 10 performances of the 41st NFR. Rodeo Bingo allows fans to interact with the rodeo action in the arena and win prizes. It is focused on a game card with numbers selected at random that fit with possible scores in the scored rodeo events. Marking their Rodeo Bingo cards, fans win by matching five numbers in any direction.

A variety of prizes are awarded regular bingo winners from Original Coors and other supporting rodeo sponsors, and the grand prize for a "blackout" bingo (all numbers covered) in 1999 will be $100,000, the only cash prize offered.

The redemption center is the New Frontier casino.
