Car rental agency opens at resort

Qualcar L.L.C. dba Thrifty Car Rental of Las Vegas said it expanded with the opening of a new operation in the New Frontier hotel-casino on the Las Vegas Strip.

With the new location, Thrifty has five locations in the Las Vegas area. Franchise owner David Rosen said Thrifty plans to add several new locations in the next year.
