The three-year-old Southern Nevada Real Estate Journal and two sister niche publications are for sale.

Co-owner Cindy Ingram said the real estate publication, the Southern Nevada Health Care Journal and the Southern Nevada Small Business Journal and their respective databases would be part of the sale.

Ingram, who also runs the Ingram Communications Group, a public relations business that wouldn't be part of the transaction, said she was approached by several companies interested in acquiring the three publications.

The real estate and health care publications each have circulations of 14,000 and the business journal, which is inserted in the other two, has a total circulation of about 16,000, she said.
