Slot maker International Game Technology of Reno said it has extended the expiration date of its previously announced debt exchange offer to allow holders who haven't swapped unregistered notes for registered securities to do so.
IGT said holders of only $25,000, or 0.00006 percent, of its $400 million of 7.875 percent senior notes and $1 million, or 0.0017 percent, of its $600 million issue of 8.375 percent senior notes, hadn't tendered as of Friday.
Those holders now have until 2 p.m. PDT Tuesday to exchange their notes.
