Ventura, Calif.-based Kinko's will build a new retail partnership prototype document copying and business services center at the Howard Hughes Center in Las Vegas.
It'll be the seventh Kinko's for the Las Vegas area.
The 8,000-square-foot store, located near the northwest corner of East Flamingo Road and Paradise Road, will house a complete Kinko's copy center as well as a coffee shop, bank branch and an automatic teller machine.
The store's construction is scheduled to start in the fourth quarter and should be completed by spring 2000.
In addition to full- and self-service copying services, the new Kinko's will offer time on self-serve computer terminals with e-mail and Internet access. Customers can also use its fax, mailing and video-conferencing services.
"With all these features, this new Kinko's will be seen as more than a copy store," said Chuck Creigh, president of NewMarket Advisors and real estate agent for Kinko's in Nevada. "It will be one of the focal points of the growing business community at the Howard Hughes Center.
"They've partnered with companies like Starbucks and Citibank in other markets, allowing customers to use Kinko's services, get a cup of coffee and make banking transactions, all in one stop."
