Because of an error in the 8th Judicial District's online reporting service, it was incorrectly reported that Jose M. Rodriguez pleaded guilty to two counts of aiming a firearm at a human being. Rodriguez pleaded guilty to two counts of attempted murder with the use of a deadly weapon in connection with the March 1 wounding of Metro Police officer Dominic Kaserskie.
