Organization to host gaming figures

Four long-time gaming figures will speak next Wednesday at a 6 p.m. meeting of the Casino Management Association at the Orleans hotel-casino.
The speakers include Jackie Gaughan, who has ownership interests in the El Cortez, Plaza, Las Vegas Club and other downtown casinos; former Barbary Coast general manager Leo Lewis; Robert Maheu, former chief of Nevada operations for Howard Hughes, and trade newspaper publisher Chuck DiRocco.
CMA is a not-for-profit educational and networking organization of gaming executives working to enhance professional standards for the industry.
Admission is $5 for CMA members and $25 for nonmembers.
