Eugene Bennett

Eugene Bennett, 58, of Las Vegas died Sunday in Las Vegas. He was born July 7, 1941, in Taylors, S.C. He was a representative for the Nevada Power Co. Lead Field Service and a Navy veteran.

He is survived by two daughters, Dianne Bennett and Tamara Bennett; three sisters, Elizabeth Smith of San Jose, Calif., Patricia Baety of Atlanta and Joan Bennett of New York City; three brothers, Reverend Marion D. Bennett Sr. of Las Vegas, Nelson Bennett Sr. and Albert Bennett, both of Tallahassee, Fla.; and a host of nieces, nephews and friends.

Visitation will be noon-7 p.m. Friday in Harrison-Ross Mortuaries, 2071 Las Vegas Blvd. North. Services will be 5 p.m. Saturday in Harrison-Ross Chapel.

Rilda Dattge

Rilda Dattge, 92, of Las Vegas died Monday in Las Vegas. She was born July 2, 1907, in Maeser, Utah. She was a volunteer at the veterans clinic and the Family History Center, president of the American War Mothers, served on the Preservation commission and the Utah Pioneers Girl and Boy Scouts.

She is survived by two sons, Deron Dattge and Alan Dattge, both of Las Vegas; three daughters, Verla Purdy of Pahrump, Carolyn Seither of Sacramento and Lois Englehart of Jackson, Mo.; one brother, Sanford Bingham of Provo, Utah; 12 grandchildren, 30 great-grandchildren, seven great-great-grandchildren and 11 step-grandchildren.

Visitation will be 4-7 p.m. Friday in Bunkers Mortuary, 925 Las Vegas Blvd. North. Services will be 2 p.m. Saturday in the LDS Chapel Crestwood Ward. Burial will follow in Memory Gardens.

Patricia J. Fagiano

Patricia J. Fagiano, 66, of Las Vegas died Tuesday in a local care center. She was born March 31, 1933, in Chicago. A resident for 2 1/2 years, she was a homemaker and a member of Aquacise.

She is survived by her husband, Anthony S.; two daughters, Gloria R. Gleason of Schaumburg, Ill., and Kathy M. Coins of Tucson, Ariz.; one son, Anthony J. Fagiano of Schaumburg; two sisters, Helen Rodgers of Sarasota, Fla., and Marilyn Kaiser of Mt. Prospect, Ill.; one brother, John Malley of Glen Ellyn, Ill.; seven grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.

Palm Mortuary, 7400 W. Cheyenne Ave. is handling arrangements.

Julio Steven Flores

Julio Steven Flores, 32, of Las Vegas died Friday in Las Vegas. He was born Aug. 21, 1966, in West Covina, Calif. A resident for 12 years, he was a carpenter for a cabinet company.

He is survived by one daughter, Megan Hernandez, and his mother, Maria Flores, both of West Covina; five brothers, Jose Lopez of Tijuana, Mexico, Tony Flores, Edward Flores and Joe Flores, all of Las Vegas, and David Flores of Tijuana; and four sisters, Consuelo Martinez of Tijuana, Delia Ramos of Moreno Valley, Calif., and Mary Teresa Luevano and Laura Flores, both of Las Vegas.

Services were 11:30 a.m. Wednesday in St. Christopher's Catholic Church, 1840 N. Bruce St. Burial was Wednesday in Palm Valley View Memorial Park.

Pauline J. Gilkey

Pauline J. Gilkey, 83, of Las Vegas died Sunday in a local hospice. She was born July 25, 1916, in Maryville, Tenn. A resident for five years, she was a homemaker.

She is survived by two daughters, Karen Pixler of Fort Collins, Colo., and Barbara Cimaglia of Henderson; one son, Dennis Gilkey of Victorville, Calif.; one sister, Inez Brewer of Hixson, Tenn.; and two grandchildren.

Irene Goldfeder

Irene Goldfeder, 64, of Las Vegas died Sunday in Las Vegas. She was born Aug. 18, 1934, in New York. A resident for four years, she was a legal secretary.

She is survived by two daughters, Carrie Feiner of California and Donna Goldfeder of New York; and one son, Bruce Goldfeder of Florida.

Graveside services will be 10 a.m. Friday in Woodlawn Cemetery. Hites Funeral Services, 438 W. Sunset Road, Henderson, is handling arrangements.

Irene Arlene Grover

Irene Arlene Grover, 63, of Las Vegas died Saturday in Las Vegas. She was born Dec. 14, 1935, in Manchester, N.H. A resident for 22 years, she was a homemaker.

She is survived by two sons, Gary Grover of Victorville, Calif., and Stephen Grover of Las Vegas; two daughters, Sandra Branstetter and Susan Grover, both of Las Vegas; one brother, Roland Gregoire of Fort Lauderdale, Fla.; three grandchildren and one great-grandchild.

Graveside services will be 2:15 p.m. Friday in Southern Nevada Veterans Memorial Cemetery, Boulder City. Palm Mortuary, 1600 S. Jones Blvd., is handling arrangements.

Sterland 'Bud' Harris

Sterland 'Bud' Harris, 81, of Las Vegas died Monday in a local hospice. He was born Dec. 12, 1917, in Binghamton, N.Y. A resident for 19 years, he was a retired casino bar back.

He is survived by his wife, Emily; two daughters, Gail Dewey of Las Vegas and Barbara Newberry of Binghamton; two sons, Stuart Harris and William Harris, both of Endicott, N.Y.; five stepdaughters, Betty Cummings, Sheryln James and Barbara Flies, all of Michigan, and Donna Wooley and Shirley Leslie, both of Las Vegas; two stepsons, Clarence Scurlock Jr. of Michigan and Bobby Scurlock of Las Vegas; 11 grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.

Visitation will be 3-8 p.m. Friday in Palm Mortuary, 7600 S. Eastern Ave. Services will be 10 a.m. Saturday in St. Viator Catholic Church, 2461 E. Flamingo Road. Burial will follow in Palm Valley View Memorial Park.

Douglas Kaaleikaiwiohanuulani Kealiilawalanui Hiram Sr.

Douglas Kaaleikaiwiohanuulani Kealiilawalanui Hiram Sr., 71, of Las Vegas died Friday in Las Vegas. He was born Dec. 16, 1927, in Laie, Hawaii. A resident for five years, he was a retired crane operator for a construction company and a World War II Army Air Corps veteran.

He is survived by two daughters, Dovalyn Hiram of Pacifica, Calif., and Laurie Hiram of Boulder City; one son, Douglas Hiram Jr. of San Francisco; five sisters, Gladys L. Hutchinson, LaVerne K. Pukahi, Katherine K. Kelekolio, Thelma T. Kamae and Martina K. Whitehead, all of Hawaii; three brothers, Joseph K. Hiram of Culver City, Calif., Moses K. Hiram II of Hayward, Calif., and Joseph P. Aliuna of Hawaii; and three grandchildren.

Services will be 10 a.m. Friday in Palm Mortuary, 800 S. Boulder Highway, Henderson. Graveside services will be 11:30 a.m. Friday in Southern Nevada Veterans Memorial Cemetery, Boulder City.

James Clark Lee Jr.

James Clark Lee Jr., 25, of Las Vegas died Saturday in Las Vegas. He was born July 1, 1974, in Las Vegas. A lifelong resident, he was an automotive detailer.

He is survived by one son, James Clark Lee Jr.; one daughter, Zhariah Zenae Lee; his mother, Mary Ann Lee; one sister, Veronica Lee Howard; his grandmother, Ivory B. Porter; and his son's mother, Angelia Gultry.

Visitation will be noon-7 p.m. Friday in Harrison-Ross Mortuaries, 2071 Las Vegas Blvd. North. Services are scheduled for 1 p.m. Saturday in Second Baptist Church, 500 W. Madison Ave. Burial will be in Palm Memorial Park.

Mildred Rachel McManis

Mildred Rachel McManis, 81, of Las Vegas died Friday in Las Vegas. A manicurist and cosmetologist, she was born Dec. 11, 1917, in Louisiana.

She is survived by one daughter, Lorene Erickson of Port Orchard, Wash.; and many grandchildren.

Valley Memorial Crematory, 745 W. Sunset Road, No. 16, Henderson, is handling private arrangements.

Louise E. Parker

Louise E. Parker, 78, of Las Vegas died Aug. 5 in a local care center. She was born April 10, 1921, in Alabama. A resident for four years, she was a social worker.

She is survived by two sisters, Fannie Shelmire of Las Vegas and Clarice Ruffin of Fort Wayne, Ind.

No local services are scheduled. Desert Memorial Cremation and Burial Society, 1111 Las Vegas Blvd. North, handled arrangements.

Douglas Earl-Stanley Seapy

Douglas Earl-Stanley Seapy, 49, of Las Vegas died Saturday in Las Vegas. He was born April 2, 1950, in Pomona, Calif. A resident for five years, he was a retired musician.

He is survived by three sisters, Lauren Kaminski of Henderson, Marjorie Seapy of Claremont, Calif., and Roberta Seapy of Victorville, Calif.

Affordable Cremation and Burial Service, 2457 N. Decatur Blvd., is handling arrangements.

Minnie Mae Smith

Minnie Mae Smith, 60, of Las Vegas died Monday in a local hospital. She was born Jan. 1, 1939, in Indianola, Miss. A resident for 11 years, she was a homemaker.

She is survived by her companion, Edward Simmons, three daughters, Darlene Smith-McCoy, Bobbie Smith and Feliza Yap, and three sons, Kenneth Smith, Louis Williams and Robert Valasquez, all of Las Vegas; three sisters, Zerline Thompson, Bernice Thompson and Betty Jean Thompson, all of Chicago; and 18 grandchildren.

Visitation will be 2-7 p.m. Friday in American Burial and Cremation Services, 310 Foremaster Lane. Services will be 11 a.m. Saturday in American Burial and Cremation Services. Burial will be private.

Evelyn Stallone

Evelyn Stallone, 70, of Las Vegas died Tuesday in Las Vegas. She was born Dec. 2, 1928, in New York City. A resident for nine years, she was a retired secretary.

She is survived by her husband, Frank J.; two sons, Gary Stallone of Rialto, Calif., and Robert Stallone of Apple Valley, Calif.; two daughters, Elaine Stallone of Gig Harbor, Wash., and Suzette Pimentel of Victorville, Calif.; her mother, Julia Vargas of Las Vegas; three sisters, Frances Sanchez of Reseda, Calif., and Dora Vaughn and Mildred Valdez, both of Las Vegas; 10 grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.

Visitation was scheduled noon until 3 p.m. services today in Affordable Cremation and Burial Service, 2457 N. Decatur Blvd.

Nina M. Williams

Nina M. Williams, 51, of Las Vegas died Saturday in a local hospital. She was born July 1, 1948, in Gilbert, La. A resident for 30 years, she was a caretaker.

She is survived by two daughters, Youwanna Williams and Shriena Perry, one son, Debarvon Sanders, and one sister, Mary Williams, all of Las Vegas; seven brothers, Hose Birds of Rayville, La., Allen Browhaw of Las Vegas, Amos Browhaw of New York City, Willie Browhaw and Joseph Browhaw, both of Gilbert, Jessie Browhaw of Winnsboro, La., and Anthony Browhaw of Dallas; and two grandchildren.

Visitation was scheduled noon-2 p.m. today in Palm Mortuary, 7600 S. Eastern Ave., followed by graveside services in Palm Valley View Memorial Park. Palm Mortuary, 1325 N. Main St., is handling arrangements.

Carl F. Uhlott

Carl F. Uhlott, 58, of Las Vegas died Tuesday in a local care center. He was born Dec. 15, 1940, in Oil City, Pa. A resident for 20 years, he was a retired accountant for 20 years for the Internal Revenue Service.

He is survived by one daughter, Brenda DuBose of Las Vegas; his mother, Lorraine Clapper of Carson City; four sisters, Joan Stewart of Reno, Sue Uhlott of Las Vegas, Connie Snyder of Grapevine, Texas, and Debbie Strawbridge of Oil City, Pa.; one brother, Dennis Uhlott of Oil City; and two grandchildren.

Visitation will be 3:30 p.m. until 5:30 p.m. services Friday in Palm Mortuary, 1600 S. Jones Blvd. Burial will be private.
