Tickets for Winston Cup race to go on sale Sept. 7

Tickets for the 2000 NASCAR Winston Cup event at Las Vegas Motor Speedway will go on sale Tuesday, Sept. 7. The speedway ticket office will begin accepting orders at 8 a.m. for the March 5, 2000 event.

Tickets for the March 4, 2000 Sam's Town 300 NASCAR Busch Series event also will be on sale beginning Sept. 7.

Reserved seating for the NASCAR Winston Cup event will range from $55-$130, while NASCAR Busch Series general admission tickets will be $35. Reserved seating for the Sam's Town 300 will range from $40-$60.

Season ticket packages also will be available starting Sept. 7. Season ticket packages range from $205-$270 and include tickets for the 2000 NASCAR Winston Cup, NASCAR Craftsman Trucks, Pep Boys Indy Racing League and NASCAR Busch Series events.

Tickets can be ordered by telephone at 644-4443. Additionally, fans can purchase tickets via the Internet (www.lvms.com) or by fax at (702) 632-8021. Fans also can order tickets in person at the LVMS ticket office at 7000 Las Vegas Blvd. North the day tickets go on sale.
