Letter: Why is gasoline so costly here?

Every time I have gone anywhere east I have always been upset that their gasoline has always been around 90-92 cents a gallon and we always paid from 25-35 cents more per gallon. Why are we burdened with such a high price? And isn't it about time someone does something about it.
