Twelve-year-old Nico never sees her parents. The couple's parental rights have been terminated and Nico is in the custody of the state.
Eric and his brother and sister live together in a foster home. Two summers ago the three of them went to Pathfinder camp together and loved it.
Ebony, who also lives in a foster home has, nothing but free time during the summer.
Moving in and out of foster homes and in the care of the state, many children don't have a chance to make permanent friends or participate in extra-curricular activities. Some say that they don't always fit in with other children.
With your donations to the Las Vegas Sun summer camp fund, foster children throughout the valley can have a chance to experience camp as a fresh new experience.
