UNLV senior Asaf Tishler was one of six players named to the 1999 first-team All -Western Athletic Conference men's tennis squad determined through a vote by league head coaches.
Tishler, ranked No. 19 in the nation in singles, is 20-7 on the year. A native of Tel Aviv, Israel, Tishler joins three other repeat performers on the top squad: Esteban Carril of TCU, Ignacio Hirogoyen of SMU and Alex Waske of San Diego State.
